Overview of Testing Center

Tianjie cable testing center was established in February 2019, mainly for the company's R & D and manufacturing process of product quality control services. The testing center is located in Linglong Economic and Technological Development Zone, Lin'an, Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, with strong technical force and complete testing equipment, which consists of four testing laboratories: UL Combustion Laboratory, Physical Properties Laboratory, Electrical Performance Laboratory, and Environmental Laboratory, which can independently carry out the UL Combustion Tests for bunches and singles; Physical Tests for pulling up and bending, EMC Electromagnetic Compatibility Tests, Cable Attenuation Constant, Characteristic Impedance, and other professional tests. Electrical performance test and RoHS 2.0 professional testing, is one of the strongest testing laboratories in Lin'an wire and cable industry base.

Tianjie UL Combustion Laboratory, established in 2014 under the technical guidance of CEC 23, can carry out single and bundle combustion experiments. The laboratory equipment includes flame spreading height test device for optoelectronic cables in vertical shafts, vertical bracket flame spreading and smoke release test device for cables and fiber optic cables, UL 1581 combustion test chamber, and vertical test chamber for single cables. After more than ten years of stable operation, the customers cover Guangdong, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Tianjin and other major cable production bases, highly recognized by the domestic cable industry.
