At the beginning of 2024, our company was recognized as Zhejiang Province Intelligent Factory by Zhejiang Province Department of Economy and Information Technology, marking another solid step on the road of promoting intelligent manufacturing and realizing transformation and upgrading. Relying on advanced Internet of Things technology, Tianjie Industrial Smart Factory comprehensively builds a new manufacturing model integrating digital production, lean management, and collaborative optimization. With the MES system, data base and other applications completed and put into use, it has improved the production efficiency by more than 20%, and may reach 50% in the future.
Green and low-carbon factory

In October 2023, our company was awarded as “2023 Zhejiang Provincial Green Low Carbon Factory”. Since 2019, our company has been carrying out the creation of provincial-level green low-carbon factory. We set up a leading group for the creation of green low-carbon factories, and carry out work in six aspects: green ecology, green energy, key process control, environmentally friendly materials and waste utilization, environmental certification and green products, and lean production. It implements energy saving and emission reduction, improves resource utilization, goes online with the energy management information system, and carries out the evaluation of the whole life cycle (carbon footprint) of products.
