Embracing Personal Growth, Co-creating Corporate Future: SkyGenius First Employee Speech Contest "Grow with the Enterprise" Successfully Concludes

To deeply embody our core values of “customer-centricity, people-oriented approach, and pursuit of excellence,” and to listen to the growth stories ofour employees as they take root and flourish within our company, Tianjie Industrial successfully hosted its inaugural “Growing Together with the Company”Employee Speech Contest in the training room on December 20. The event invited ten distinguished judges, including Chairman Chen Xiaolin, Mao Hongyou (founder of Yixiang Brand), and Song Limin (Vice Chairperson of Linglong SubdistrictTrade Union). Since its launch on December 3rd, the competition completed registration and organization within just two weeks. Thirty enthusiastic employees from various departments participated, fully show casing the positive spirit and strong team cohesion of Tianjie's workforce.

This competition, themed “Growing Together with the Company,” encouraged participants to draw from their authentic experiences and share their stories of striving at Tianjie. Contestants ranged from new hires with just three months on the job to veteran colleagues who have been with the company for over two decades. They took the stage with composure, delivering impromptu speeches as they sincerely shared their personal growth journeys: Some reflected ontheir transformation from workplace novices to business pillars; others expressed gratitude for mentors' dedicated guidance during apprenticeships;some recounted exhilarating moments of overcoming challenges and achieving breakthroughs; while others discussed the profound impact of corporate cultureon their thinking and behavior. To enhance the impact of their speeches, many contestants meticulously crafted PowerPoint presentations. Through growth comparison photos, data charts, and other visual elements, they vividly illustrated the shared journey of personal and company development.

Throughout the competition, after every five contestants delivered their speeches,Instructor Mao provided professional feedback. Drawing on Mehrabian's Communication Theory, he offered improvement suggestions across three dimensions: verbal content, tone and intonation, and visual presentation(including Power Point slides, facial expressions, and body language). He emphasized that effective speeches require not only solid content but also vivid and compelling delivery methods, encouraging participants to enhance communication impact through emotional resonance and physical interaction. Mr.Mao noted that exceptional presentation skills are not only essential for competitions but also serve as vital soft skills for employees to enhance efficiency and foster collaboration in daily tasks such as sales, management, and reporting. He expressed hope that all employees would seize this competition as an opportunity to continuously hone their communication abilities and advance together.

Following on-site evaluations by a judging panel comprising company management and employee representatives, the competition ultimately awarded multiple honors. Li Xiang from the Integrated Management Department secured the first-place “Golden Microphone Award” for her profound growth insights and outstanding on-stage performance. Wang Wenqian from theNorth America Region and Zhao Kaiwen from the Finance Department received thesecond-place “Excellence in Presentation Award.” Wang Tingting and Cha Xiafei from the Human Resources Department, along with Du Shuya from the Northwest Europe Region, received the Third Prize “Rising Star Award.”

Looking back at the entire competition, one could see everywhere the unwavering pursuit of growth and deep identification with the company among Tianjie employees. From contestants rehearsing and polishingtheir speeches late into the night during their spare time, to night-shift colleagues giving up their rest to participate specially, these touching details all highlighted the intrinsic motivation and team warmth of Tianjie staff. On stage, contestants displayed confidence and composure while expressing genuine emotion; off stage, the audience was moved and resonated,applauding continuously. These ordinary yet heart felt stories of growth coalesced into a warm force propelling both the company and its individuals forward.

At theconclusion of the competition, Chairman Tianjie delivered closing remarks. Hehighly commended the successful execution of the event and the outstandingperformances of the participants, noting that the speeches were uplifting andfull of positive energy. These presentations not only showcased a strong teamspirit but also fostered mutual learning and collective growth through thesharing of experiences. The Chairman emphasized that public speaking skillsrepresent a vital soft competency for professionals, being crucial foreffective communication, collaboration, and career advancement. He affirmedthat the company will continue to organize such activities, providing employeeswith more platforms for self-expression and professional development. Centeredon the theme “Growing Together with the Company,” the Chairman furtherelaborated that Tianjie's advocacy of the spirit of “pragmatism, inclusiveness,learning, and innovation” aims to encourage employees to focus onprofessionalism and pursue continuous improvement.
