Tianjie Industrial Holds First Company-Wide Learning Session of 2026: Outlines Operational Plans and Key Priorities for the New Year

All things renewed, poised to set sail! At the dawn of 2026, Tianjie Industrial convened its monthly company-wide learning session this morning. As the inaugural gathering of the new year, this meeting featureda special presentation by Mr. Lin Jian'an of Shengshi Vision, who delivered athematic sharing on the "2026 Corporate Operational Management Plan and Key Initiatives". All staff assembled to collectively study the company's annual development blueprint, clarify operational priorities and aspirational targets, and forge a united front to ensure a robust commencement and solid foundation for the year's endeavours.

The assembly commenced with all attendees singing "The Ode toTianjie", whose stirring melody galvanised a collective spirit of unity and forward momentum. Subsequently, the meeting hosted the award ceremony for the inaugural "Growing with the Enterprise" employee speech contest.Li Xiang from the Integrated Management Department was awarded the first prize;Wang Wenqian from the North America Region and Zhao Kaiwen from the Finance Department received the second prizes; Wang Tingting and Zha Xiafei from the Human Resources Department, along with Du Shuya from the North-West Europe Region, were honoured with the third prizes. The North America Region,North-West Europe Region, Finance Department, Human Resources Department, and Integrated Management Department were conferred the "Fertile Ground GrowthTeam Award". Company leadership presented certificates of honour, cash prizes, and awards to the winning individuals and teams, while commemorative medals were best owed upon all participants in recognition of their courage to showcase their talents and spirit of striving for excellence.

Following the awards ceremony, the conference announced the December pairings for the "Master-Apprentice Mentorship Programme" and the list of apprentices who had completed their training.This initiative fosters an environment where both mentors and apprentices learn from each other and progress together.

During the the matic presentation session, Mr. LinJian'an systematically interpreted the 2026 operational management plan by integrating industry trends with corporate realities. He emphasised that the core of operational management lies in eliminating wasteful practices such asrework, waiting, and stagnation, thereby enhancing operational efficiency through standardisation. Standardisation extends beyond merely compiling operational manuals; it necessitates full staff participation and continuous improvement. The key principle is "getting it right the first time",which serves to reduce workload, lower operational costs, and elevate productquality.

Regarding the key tasks for the year, Mr. Lin outlined three primary directions: first, optimising the value chain to transform business operations from disorderly to orderly flow, with order delivery cycles controlled within 22 days; second, strengthening channel development and model sharing to achieve pull-based sales by empowering terminal retailers; third, establishing a tripartite management culture centredon "role models, coaching, and service", requiring managers to leadby example, impart methodologies, and provide support.

Mr. Lin also announced the company's core objectives for 2026: raising customer satisfaction to 98%, boosting labour productivity by 20%, and maintaining a production yield of no less than 99.5%.Centred on these targets, he further outlined specific tasks for three distinctphases — the consolidation period, transformation phase, and enhancement stage— including organisational structure optimisation, operational standardformulation, and supply chain coordination. He stressed that these objectivesmust be decomposed to the departmental level and implemented by individualpersonnel.
