Company-wide Meeting | Tianjie Industrial: Optimising Structure, Motivating and Empowering Teams, Rallying for Endeavour in 2026

With spring bringing warmth and vitality to all, Tianjie Industrial held a company-wide meeting on April 6. All employees gathered to align their thinking, clarify goals and build synergy, laying out a blueprint for the company’s high-quality development in 2026 and consolidating responsibilities.

The meeting first gave a brief update on mentor–apprentice pairings and qualification results from January to March, further strengthening skills inheritance, supporting the rapid growth of new employees and injecting fresh vitality into the company’s talent pool.

Subsequently, An Wengui, Director of Human Resources, delivered key work arrangements, announcing the 2026 organisational structure with five strategic departments and six functional departments, and clearly defining their core responsibilities to further streamline management processes and improve operational efficiency. He also formally announced the 2026 personnel appointments, appointing management cadres and key professionals from the board, business units and functional departments. This clarifies the division of powers and duties, strengthens the management team, and establishes an efficient organisational system to support the implementation of the company’s strategy.

Director An also explained the 2026 Excellence Performance & Shared Prosperity Award Scheme in detail. Centered on “value creation, value evaluation and value distribution”, the scheme links bonus allocation to profit target achievement. Incorporating multi-dimensional indicators including departmental value, difficulty coefficient, job rank and workforce efficiency, it establishes an open and transparent incentive mechanism that is “striver-oriented”, encouraging all employees to be rewarded according to their work and performance and share in the benefits of corporate development.

Later, Shu Xinbao, Head of the Safety, Health & Environment Department, provided comprehensive reminders for the upcoming company-wide recuperation and wellness trip, covering health self-checks, document preparation, following arrangements, group travel, property safety and civilized tourism. First-aid supplies will be provided on each vehicle to fully ensure the safety of employees during the trip.

With clear objectives and a pragmatic focus, this spring meeting optimised the organisational structure, strengthened talent support, improved incentive mechanisms and reinforced safety safeguards. On the new journey, all Tianjie staff will strive with higher morale and a more down-to-earth work style, unite as one and forge ahead to jointly write a new chapter of development for the company in 2026.
