Tianjie Industrial all-staff learning meeting: military training and development activities to help improve team cohesion

On June 3, a unique all employee study session was held grandly in Zhejiang Tianjie Industry. This activity is centered on group building, skillfully combining military training and expansion activities, aiming at deepening the teamwork spirit among employees, further bringing them closer to each other, and injecting new vitality into the long-term development of the company.

At 7:30 in the morning, all the staff gathered at the venue with great enthusiasm, waiting for the opening of the activity. At the beginning of the activity, the vice president of production, Ms. Zhang Xiao'er, delivered a passionate speech, in which she encouraged every employee to devote themselves to the activity with the best spirit and look forward to the success of the activity together.

Immediately after that, the military training session was officially launched. Under the strict guidance of the professional instructors, the employees carefully learned a series of basic military movements such as standing in military posture, turning around, saluting, marching in unison and so on. Although these actions were quite challenging for most of the staff, they were still fully concentrated and devoted, fully demonstrating excellent learning attitude and cooperation spirit. Under the instructor's careful teaching, the staff gradually mastered the essentials of the movements, showing their tough will to learn and excellent teamwork ability.

The subsequent development activities were even more exciting. First of all, the "through the minefield" expansion project, requiring employees to group in the simulation of minefield adventure. They need to rely on team strength, skillfully avoid the "minefield", safe withdrawal. This activity not only refined the team's cooperation ability, but also improved the staff's adaptability and communication skills.

And "not fall into the forest" development activities, the staff are required to work together, forming a tight circle formation, maintain a consistent pace and rhythm, and jointly through the ground obstacles. This activity greatly tested the tacit understanding and cooperation between the team, only close teamwork, can successfully pass.

Towards the end of the activity, the instructor spoke highly of the staff's excellent performance and teamwork spirit, and earnestly hoped that they could continue this teamwork spirit and sense of collaboration into their workplaces, and contribute more wisdom and strength to the company's prosperous development.
