United in Mountains and Seas, Journey Together on Egret Island: Tianjie Industrial’s Staff Wellness Tour to Xiamen Concludes Successfully

To enhance team cohesion and practice the people-oriented corporate culture, Tianjie Industrial organized a carefully planned three-day, two-night staff wellness tour in Xiamen from April 11 to 13. Open to all employees, the tour aimed to help everyone relax amid busy work, enjoy the beauty of mountains and seas, strengthen mutual bonds and build a warm and united team during the trip.

The three-day journey, themed on culture and backed by mountains and seas, was rich and heartwarming. On the first day, the group visited Jimei Aoyuan to pay tribute to Mr. Tan Kah Kee, strolled along the stone-carving corridor, and gained insight into perseverance and responsibility through history and patriotism. With gentle sea breeze and scattered pavilions, colleagues walked together; the initial strangeness faded quietly, and the team atmosphere grew increasingly harmonious.

On the second day, the team took a ferry to Gulangyu Island. Red-brick villas, tree-lined streets and century-old buildings formed a charming scene, with delightful views at every step. Everyone climbed high to overlook the panoramic view of Egret Island, capturing beautiful moments at artistic shops and seaside corners. In the afternoon, they visited Zhongshan Road, where Minnan snacks such as satay noodles and oyster omelets wafted fragrance under arcades. Amid the lively atmosphere, colleagues chatted freely about work and life, and their friendship deepened quietly

On the third day, the group visited Zengcuo’an. A former fishing village, it now blends artistic vibe and daily vitality, with sea breeze brushing faces and waves sounding in ears. Colleagues strolled leisurely along the coastline, visited distinctive cultural and creative stores and tasted authentic snacks, ending the trip perfectly in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. Over three days together, everyone went from acquaintance to familiarity; through cooperation and companionship, team trust and tacit understanding developed naturally.

This Xiamen wellness tour not only allowed everyone to enjoy the magnificent mountain and sea scenery of Egret Island and experience the profound heritage of Minnan culture, but also strengthened team unity.
