News in Brief: Promoting Learning Through Assessment, Tianjie Industrial Successfully Concludes Two Skills Evaluation Events

On April 25, Tianjie Industrial successfully held the independent skill grading assessment for wire and cable manufacturing workers (junior level, inspection posts) and the Linglong Subdistrict Wire and Cable Inspection Skills Competition. As a provincial-level independent assessment institution for skilled talents, the company strictly followed national vocational skill standards and its Three Channels for Employee Development mechanism to organize the skill grading assessment for wire and cable manufacturing workers (junior level, inspection posts), with 15 employees participating.The assessment adopted a dual evaluation model of theory and practical operation: the theoretical test focused on basic professional knowledge, process standards, and work safety regulations to consolidate theoretical foundations;The practical assessment was tailored to actual job scenarios, simulating real inspection situations, with key evaluations on operational standardization, testing accuracy, process control and other core skills.

In the same period, the 2026 Linglong Subdistrict Wire and Cable Inspection Skills Competition, hosted by the Linglong Subdistrict General Trade Union and organized by Tianjie Industrial, was successfully held, with 21 contestants competing.This competition was a practical skills contest. Contestants completed inspection tasks in the order of drawing lots, competing in operational proficiency, testing accuracy and rigorous work attitude within the specified time.

Both events were conducted fairly, impartially, orderly and efficiently throughout. The activities promoted learning and practice through competitions, guiding employees to strengthen core skills such as sample testing, process inspection and quality judgment.
