Recently, Ling Yun, deputy director of Zhejiang Intelligent Manufacturing Expert Committee (hereinafter referred to as: Zhejiang Intelligent Expert Committee) and other leaders visited our company to conduct an in-depth investigation on the construction of digital workshop.

As a leading enterprise in Lin'an wire and cable industry, we, Tianjie Industry, welcomed our honored guests. Chen Xiaolin, the president of our company, warmly received the visitors and held a symposium. At the meeting, Xie Jie, the person in charge of our digitization project, explained in depth how Tianjie Industry has constructed a set of perfect enterprise data standards byusing the advanced unified digital base technology. Taking the "enterprise brain" as the core, he developed and integrated a of systems, aiming to fully promote the construction process of transparent intelligent factory. Experts in the audience also spoke enthusiastically, bringing us valuable experience and insights.

After in depth exchanges, Deputy Director Ling fully affirmed the importance attached to digital transformation by the "hands" of our pilot enterprises, as well as the synergistic promotion of the general contractor and the enterprises. He emphasized that we should give full play to the advantages of combining digital base and APP, and make use of the unified big data conditions of digital base to develop APP related to AI-assisted decision-making, so as to provide powerful data analysis support for the scientific decision-making of enterprise operators.
At the end of the symposium, Deputy Director Ling put forward the following valuable suggestions: Firstly, the success of digital transformation should be judged by enterprises, and the core lies in whether it can help enterprises achieve quality and efficiency, expand markets and create value for them. At present, the general contractor, Hangzhou Automation Research Institute, has been welcomed by many enterprises, which shows that the unified data base plus application APP approach has a strong vitality in promoting the digital transformation of SMEs. However, we still need to continuously optimize the system to ensure online and offline synergy and friendliness.

Secondly, we should make every effort to build a sample of digital transformation, explore the method of whole-process business transformation from order to shipment, refine and summarize the common and personalized needs, and optimize the N+X model, so as to promote the digital transformation of the enterprise from shallow to deep.
Furthermore, Hangzhou Institute of Automation needs to increase the construction of the application software ecosystem, work closely with enterprises to develop more practical APP applications on the basis of the digital pedestal, give full play to the advantages of the digital pedestal, develop APPs for assisting in decision-making, and strive to realize the valorization of data elements.

In addition, digital transformation is a continuous process with no end. For enterprises with conditions like Tianjie Industry, they should continue to increase investment in research and development, accelerate the introduction of automation equipment, and continuously promote the digital transformation of products, production methods, and management methods.

Finally, Deputy Director Ling suggested that we summarize and prepare a training manual to clarify the responsibilities of each position, so that we can make adequate preparations and groundwork for the full-scale rollout of digital transformation. These suggestions are of great significance in guiding our future work on digital transformatio
