Early June is a key period for advancing progress. On the morning of 1 June, Tianjie Industrial held its monthly all-staff meeting as scheduled. Employees gathered for the official launch of the revised Corporate Culture Handbook, kicking off a new phase of company-wide promotion and implementation of corporate culture.

The meeting opened with the company anthem Song of Tianjie. Updates were given on current mentor–apprentice pairings and completions, encouraging skill transfer and teamwork to strengthen the talent pipeline. Winners of the “Role Model, Coach, Service” management speech contest were also recognised, acknowledging participants’ professionalism, commitment and alignment with company values.

The highlight was a corporate culture workshop led by Mao Hongyou, founder of Yixiang Brand, titled Culture Builds Confidence. The session explored core cultural principles with practical examples. Mao noted that pay sustains livelihoods, while culture gives work purpose. He described culture not as slogans, but as shared behaviours and the foundation of long-term success. Citing examples from leading firms, he outlined culture’s role in driving growth, stressing that successful businesses deliver both economic value and social responsibility.
The training detailed Tianjie’s core values: “Integrity, Ambition, Shared Responsibility”, and its mission: “Keeping the World Connected”. Mao said the revised handbook sets shared standards for all staff. He emphasised that everyone contributes to cultural practice through upholding integrity, pursuing excellence and working collaboratively. Embedding these values into daily operations will help embed culture and support sustainable growth.
The workshop was well-received, with staff engaged and attentive. Employees gained a clearer understanding of the updated culture, reinforcing alignment and clarifying priorities.

Culture shapes identity; delivery drives success. The event marked both the launch of the new culture document and a call for company-wide action. Going forward, Tianjie will embed the handbook’s principles into daily operations, encouraging staff to internalise and act on shared values. United in purpose, the company will advance its mission of “Keeping the World Connected” and pursue high-quality growth.
