Therefore, the company's senior management decided to hire Jianfeng Enterprise Management Group six months ago to send teachers into the field of counseling, to establish the theme of lean production, team site management as a grip, covering the site of the 5S management, process quality control and efficiency and cost management, aimed at course training, on-site counseling, expanding ideas, improve the level of management and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.
According to the unified deployment of the company, at the beginning of the New Year's Day, the human resources department organized the production supervisor above cadres to go to Jianfeng for a two-day lean production class training. Just after the Spring Festival, Jianfeng tutor came to the company for field diagnosis and prescription: start from the most basic 5S management, promote the standardization of on-site management, and deepen the quality, cost and efficiency management on this basis. And on April 1, the organization of the whole staff to participate in the construction of the team as the center of the site management start-up meeting, the purpose is to further unify the thinking and action.
