The Company Successfully Held the 2026 Q2 Study Session and Democratic Life Meeting

On June 14,Tianjie Industry held its 2026 Q2 Study Session and Democratic Life Meeting atJingshan, Yuhang, with all core management members present. The event startedwith an educational hiking activity. Management trekked along the JingshanAncient Trail, exchanging management insights and building consensus oncorporate development amid the mountains and woods.

Later, allparticipants gathered at Jingshan Study for a special session. They reviewedachievements and shortcomings from Q1, and discussed core business planscovering customer management and key products.

Chairman Chen Xiaolin delivereda concluding speech, outlining three core development priorities: tapping intoglobal high-end security clients,

developing differentiated products, andoptimizing talent pipelines. He urged all departments to concentrate resourceson core business, conduct regular reviews of strategy implementation, strictlyadhere to compliance and safety requirements, and steadily advance the IPOobjective.

This meeting unified strategic thinking and defined clear actionguidelines for business breakthroughs in the second half of the year.
