
On July 7, Zhejiang Tianjie IndustrialCo., Ltd. hosted its 2026 H1 Business Management Summary Conference in thecompany’s training room. The event was attended by corporate management andheads of all departments, with representatives of the company’s top tenshareholders present as observers. Attendees reviewed operational performancein the first half of the year, identified operational weaknesses, and rolledout key transformation tasks for the second half.
The Finance and Human ResourcesDepartments kicked off the conference with special operational reports. Whilethe company surpassed interim targets for output value and operating revenue inH1, it faced mounting pressure on profit margins, production output andworkforce efficiency. Extended delivery lead times and unsatisfactory customersatisfaction stood out as prominent operational pain points.
Subsequently, each department presenteddetailed work plans for H2:
The Channel Development Department will center its efforts on five core flagship security product categories to expand overseas client base;
The Shared Services Department will deepen cooperation with existing clients and refine a standardized end-to-end service system;
The R&D and Design Department will speed up iteration of new products and manufacturing processes;
The Production Support Department will implement quantitative performance management for production units and advance automation upgrades across all production lines;
The Finance, Human Resources and Operations Departments have formulated targeted improvement plans focusing on refined cost control, core talent team optimization and supervision of key strategic projects respectively.
The Chairman delivered a keynote address,reviewing the company’s transformation progress across six dimensions in thefirst half of the year, and pinpointing four core management bottlenecksincluding insufficient team alignment and low decision-making efficiency. Hestressed that all staff should maintain high work standards to reduce internaloperational friction.
For the second half of the year, thecompany will stick to three core priorities: boosting revenue, liftingoperational efficiency and cutting comprehensive costs. Four key initiativeswill be fully rolled out, including flagship product development, digitaltransformation, talent incentive schemes and enterprise-wide compliancegovernance. Management teams are required to adopt a holistic strategic mindset,strictly abide by workplace safety protocols and financial compliance rules,and spare no effort to achieve the annual revenue target.
This conference has aligned the strategic direction ofall staff and marked the official launch of the company’s H2 campaign. AllTianjie team members will unite as one, pursue excellence, and steadily advancethe delivery of the company’s medium and long-term development blueprint.
