Tianjie Industrial all-staff learning meeting: outreach activity to help improve team cooperation

Onoctober 14th, Zhejiang Tianjie Industry held a unique group building andlearning meeting. This activity is skillfully integrated with the expansiontraining, aiming at deepening teamwork, bringing employees closer together, andinjecting new vitality for the company's long-term development.

Earlyin the morning at 7:30am, all the staff of Tianjie Industrial gathered togetherin anticipation of the start of the event. Mr. Jianfeng delivered an inspiringspeech, encouraging every employee to devote themselves to the activity withthe best spirit and to look forward to the success of the activity together.

Withthe command of the professional instructor, the whole staff was skillfullydivided into eight squares, each with their own duties, and began the intenseand interesting group building activities.

Thefirst game to be unveiled was “OneCircle to the End”. Employees stood hand in hand in arow, flexible through the hula hoop, and quickly pass it to the next teammate.Watch! Competition site, the entire site is filled with a tense and intenseatmosphere, each team is scrambling to pass the hula hoop, head down, stooping,lifting the legs of the ...... everyone work together, trying to do everythingpossible to make the hula hoop quickly through. Some people have learned thehard way that to get through the laps quickly, they need the help andcooperation of their teammates on the sidelines. This game not only enhancesteam communication and collaboration, but also allows employees to deeplyappreciate the importance of teamwork.

Thiswas followed by a game of “ObtainingWater from Mined Areas”. Under the premise that thefeet do not exceed the line and the body does not touch the ground, each teamneeds to retrieve all the water bottles in the shortest time. This requiresclose cooperation and a high degree of trust between team members. The teammembers on the spot supported each other, discussed strategies and divided thework to complete the task together. During the process, participants deeplyrealized that trust is the best way to succeed in this game, as they entrustedthemselves completely to their teammates. Through joint discussions,participants realized the importance of joint decision-making and developed asense of teamwork.

Thegroup building activities accumulate positive energy for the staff, deeply letthem feel the power of teamwork. They realized that if they think together andwork together, any difficulty can be overcome and any goal can be achieved.

Atthe end of the activity, Mr. Jianfeng delivered a concluding speech full ofpositive energy. He spoke highly of the staff's excellent performance andteamwork spirit, and hoped that they could bring this spirit to their work andcontribute more to the development of the company.
