Inorder to actively respond to and implement General Secretary Xi Jinping'simportant instructions on work safety, Tianjie Industrial organised a firesafety emergency self-rescue rehearsal for all staff this morning, aiming tostrengthen all staff's fire safety awareness and emergency self-rescue skills.

Theactivity was carried out within the company in an orderly manner and waspresided over by Shu Xinbao, the head of safety and environment. He explainedthe core points of fire safety and emphasised the importance of productionsafety and its responsibility by combining several real cases of productionsafety. Shu Xinbao deeply analysed the concept of ‘Four Ones of Safety’, i.e.personal safety, family safety, enterprise safety and social safety, pointingout that safety is not only a personal matter, but also an important matterrelated to family happiness, enterprise development and even social stability.Through his explanation, all the employees have a deeper understanding of theimportance of production safety.

Withthe smoke bomb being lit, the rehearsal activity was officially kicked off.Employees acted quickly according to the preestablished evacuation plan,covering their mouths and noses with handkerchiefs or clothes and maintainingthe correct posture, and the whole rehearsal process was fast and orderly. It effectively tested the staff's emergencyresponse ability and teamwork spirit on fire safety.

Thiswas closely followed by the fire hose operation training. Each team selectedtwo members to participate in the competition, and the excellent team wasfinally selected through the evaluation of time, action specification and teamcooperation, etc. The third, second and first places were awarded withhonourable certificates and prizes. The Engineering Finance Department, theMaterial Department and the Guardrail Workshop won the third, the second andthe first place in turn, and were awarded with honourable certificates and prizes.

Subsequently,Shu Xinbao personally guided the new employees to learn and master the correctuse of fire extinguishers, which deepened their understanding of theoreticalknowledge and improved their practical application ability through practical operation.

Atthe end of the activity, Chen Xiaolin, the chairman of the company, delivered aspeech, in which he spoke highly of the rehearsal, believing that this kind ofactivity plays an extremely important role in improving employees' awareness ofsafety precautions and enhancing their ability to deal with safety emergencies.He also emphasised the importance of production safety and encouraged everyemployee to integrate the concept of safety into their daily work and life, andto contribute to the healthy development of the enterprise together.
