From 14th to 15th December 2024, Lin'an District Wire andCable Manufacturer (Inspector) Vocational Skills Competition, hosted byZhejiang Tianjie Industry Corp.！

This competition was jointly initiated by Lin'an DistrictFederation of Trade Unions and Lin'an District Human Resources and SocialSecurity Bureau, and hosted by Linglong Street Federation of Trade Unions,Lin'an District Wire and Cable Industry Association, and our company，Zhejiang Tianjie Industrial Company Limited; at the sametime, the Trade Union Federation of Wire and Cable Industry of Lin'an Districthas given great assistance; and the Vocational Ability Building GuidanceService Centre of Lin'an District has provided comprehensive technical support.Lin'an District Vocational Ability Guidance Service Centre provided comprehensivetechnical support.

Competition strictly follow the ‘wire and cablemanufacturing workers (inspectors) National Occupational Standards’ Level 3(senior) grade requirements, carefully formulated competition standards,preparation of technical documents and propositions. The competition covers twoaspects of theoretical knowledge and operational skills. In the practical part,the contestants accepted a series of rigorous tests such as electricalperformance testing, structural size testing and mechanical properties of thetensile test. The theoretical knowledge test is in the form of machine test, acomprehensive test of the contestants' professional knowledge.

Our company attaches great importance to this competitionand sent 16 excellent players to participate in it. After a fierce competition,our contestants performed excellently, a total of 13 contestants won the goodresults: Lu Jing, Qian Tiantian won the second prize, Wang Zhipeng, ZhaoYanqiong, Guo Wenxiu won the third prize, and the remaining 8 contestants alsowon the superiority award by virtue of their outstanding performance. This notonly fully demonstrates the professional skills and teamwork spirit of ourstaff, but also further highlights our leading position in the wire and cableindustry.

The skills competition provides a valuable platform for thestaff to show themselves and exchange their skills, and is of greatsignificance in enhancing their skills and professionalism. We sincerelycongratulate all the honoured contestants and express our sincere thanks to allthe staff for their hard work. With the perfect conclusion of the 2024 TianjieVocational Skills Competition at all levels, we will continue to uphold theconcept of ‘all for the sake of employees, all rely on employees’, to promotethe growth of employees and enterprises, and create a brilliant futuretogether!
