National Standard for High-Frequency Cables and Connectors for Electronic Equipment (SAC/TC190) 2024 Annual Meeting and the Fourth Second Plenary Session was grandly held in Linan

The annual meeting of National Technical Committee for Standardization of High Frequency Cables and Connectors for Electronic Devices (SAC/TC190), hosted by the Twenty-third Research Institute of China Electronics Technology Group(CETG), was successfully held on 6-7 December 2024 in scenic Lin'an District of Hangzhou City. The meeting brought together the strong expert force of Microwave PassiveComponents Sub-Technical Committee (SAC/TC190/SC1) and RF Cables Sub-TechnicalCommittee (SAC/TC190/SC2). The conference was hosted by Zhejiang Tianjie IndustrialCo., Ltd, a member unit of the standard committee, and the contractor provided meticulous and considerate services for the smooth convening of the conference.

On 6th, all the members of the Committee conducted detailed and in-depthdiscussion and deliberation on the provisions of the draft standards20231220-T-339 ‘Test Methods for Metallic Telecommunication Cables Part 4-5:Electromagnetic Compatibility Coupling or Shielding Attenuation AbsorptionClamp Method’, 20231217-T-339 ‘Test Methods for Metallic Cables and OtherPassive Components Part. 4-6: Electromagnetic Compatibility Surface TransferImpedance Line Injection Method’, etc. The Committee successfully completed therelevant agenda of the Conference. Discussion and deliberation, the successfulcompletion of the relevant agenda of the General Assembly. The evening of themeeting Lin'an District Wire and Cable Association President, Secretary Generaland attended the meeting of the 23 relevant leaders and experts for in-depthexchanges, Tianjie Industrial Co., Ltd. as a conference organiser toparticipate in the meeting of the members of the experts prepared a sumptuousdinner.

On the 7th, the fourth annual meeting of SAC/TC190 and its sessions was held asscheduled. At the beginning of the event, Wang Kun, Deputy Director of the 23rd Institute and Chairman of SAC/TC190, delivered a warm speech. Mr Tang Jun,Secretary General of SAC/TC190, made a comprehensive report on the work ofSAC/TC190 in 2024 and the work plan for 2025. All the members had extensive exchanges on the annual work situation, standard publicity and review, and IEC reply document training. At the same time, members of the Standards Preparation Group and all members of SAC/TC190/SC1 also meticulously reviewed and discussedthe two important draft national standards.

During the meeting, Chen Xiaolin, Chairman of Tianjie Industry, delivered a warmcongratulatory speech on behalf of the conference organiser. Afterwards, allmembers took a group photo together, leaving precious memories of this unforgettable event.
