Lin'an District Association for New Generation Entrepreneurs Visits Tianjie Industry for Learning and Exchange Activities

On June 25th, 2025, the Lin'an District Association for New Generation Entrepreneurs organised member enterprises to carry out learning and exchange activities atTianjie Industry. Led by Dong Chenglong, President of NEAA, 16 young entrepreneurs participated in the event, which was warmly received by ChenXiaolin, Chairman of Tianjie Industry, and Xie Jie, Digital Transformation Director.

At the beginning of the activity, the entrepreneurs visited Tianjie Industry’s product exhibition hall, Employees' Home, and production workshop, gaining an in-depth understanding of the enterprise’s development history, corporate culture construction, and intelligent production processes. During the visit, they spoke highly of Tianjie Industry’s production management and corporate culture atmosphere. In the subsequent forum, President Dong Chenglong introduced the development overview of NEAA and the purpose ofthis exchange activity. Chairman Chen Xiaolin shared valuable experience inenterprise transformation, upgrading, and innovative development, combining Tianjie Industry’s 30-plus years of development history. In the interactive exchange session, attending entrepreneurs had a lively discussion on topics such as digital transformation and Talent Pipeline Construction.

This activity hasestablished a good learning and communication platform for young entrepreneurs,promoting experience sharing and cooperation between enterprises through fieldvisits and face-to-face communication. Participating entrepreneurs stated thatthey would transform the learning outcomes into driving forces for enterprise development, contributing the power of young entrepreneurs to the high-quality development of Lin'an’s economy.
