On July 14, Tianjie Industry's 2025 half-year summary conference was held in the company's multi-functional hall.All employees gathered together to summarize the work achievements of the firsthalf of the year and plan the development goals for the second half. With the theme of "Striving for perfection without slacking, evolving for along-term future", the speech by Chairman Chen Xiaolin gathered the consensus of all employees and clarified the strategic direction of focusing on growth.




At the beginning of the conference, the company commended the outstanding employees in June. Sweat nourishes achievements, and role model slead the way. All employees take the advanced as the benchmark and transformthe spirit of struggle into practical actions. Subsequently, the conference announced the list of "mentor-apprentice" pairs and those who have completed their apprentice ship from May to June, demonstrating Tianjie's management philosophy of "guiding the new by the old and inheriting culture".


"The first half of 2025 was a journey full of challenges,"Chairman Chen Xiaolin pointed out the challenges in the first half of the yearat the beginning. The changes in U.S. tariff policies disrupted the original rhythm, and orders were under pressure from March to May. However, with the courage of "seeking changes in a dilemma and emerging from thecocoon", Tianjie people accelerated the development of non-U.S. markets and promoted the construction of the Thai factory, retrieved the lost orders,and stood firm in the storm.


Chairman Chen Xiaolin once again emphasized the company'smission: "To provide excellent services for customers, create a betterlife for employees, and contribute to social progress". Centering on thismission, all employees practiced the core values of "customer first,people-oriented, and pursuit of excellence" in the first half of the year,and solved development problems with the corporate spirit of "pragmatism,inclusiveness, learning, and innovation".

Chairman Chen Xiaolin mentioned in the report that affectedby the external environment, several financial indicators of the company in thefirst half of the year decreased slightly compared with the same period lastyear, but there were many highlights in the implementation of the strategy: theThai factory trial-produced in May and obtained the production license in June,and successfully passed the UL and ETL factory inspections; the digitaltransformation achieved remarkable results, becoming a sample of the"Hangzhou Digital Transformation Urban Pilot", and CCTV's "FocusInterview" specially reported its intelligent manufacturing practice; thecompany also won many honors such as "Provincial Advanced IntelligentManufacturing Enterprise" and "Hangzhou Credit Management Demonstration Enterprise".



To achieve the annual goals, the company will focus on the following aspects in the second half of the year: first, accelerate theoperation of the Thai factory; second, deepen the development of non-U.S.markets; third, further promote digital, intelligent, and green transformation;fourth, strengthen the construction of talent echelons, and develop 1-2 coretechnologies every year.
