Showcasing Skills, Building a Path of Craftsmanship—2025 Linglong Subdistrict, Lin'an District Electrical Wire and Cable Extrusion Technician Skills Competition and Tianjie Industrial Skills Assessment Successfully Concluded

On August 23, 2025, the “Skill Competition for Wire and Cable Extrusion Workers” and the Wire and Cable Manufacturing Worker (Entry-Level) Skill Appraisal Event, jointly organized by Linglong Subdistrict of Lin'an Districtand Zhejiang Tianjie Industrial Co., Ltd., successfully concluded. This event served as a vital platform for Linglong Sub district to advance the skill enhancement of industrial workers, while also representing Tianjie Industrial's concrete efforts to strengthen team expertise and promote the spirit of craftsmanship. A total of 38 contestants actively participated in the competition, demonstrating excellent competitive spirit and technical proficiency.

The competition was meticulously organized and proceeded in an orderly fashion throughout. The theoretical segment adhered to strict protocols, with contestants signing in systematically and clear instructions provided for test paper distribution and pre-exam briefings. During the examination, a real-time monitoring system operated continuously, ensuring comprehensive oversight of examination room discipline and safe guarding the fairness and standardizationof the competition. The practical segment focused on core processes including production preparation, safety and environmental operations, self-inspection documentation, and equipment maintenance, comprehensively evaluating contestants' integrated skills and standardized operational proficiency.

This competition established a closed-loop mechanism of “training-competition-debriefing.”Pre-competition specialized training reinforced theoretical and practical foundations; during the competition, participants gave their all, show casingsolid skills; post-competition systematic debriefing enabled experience summarization and knowledge exchange, truly achieving the goal of “using competition to drive practice, and using practice to drive learning.”
