Onthe afternoon of September 19, 2025, the company organized a specialized training session for its management team, aimed at enhancing the financial management capabilities and systematic thinking skills of managers without a financial background. The training comprised two main modules: first, Pan Yunxia, Manager of the Finance Department, delivered a session titled “Financial Management for Non-Financial Managers (Data Analysis Skills)”; subsequently, Li Jian, instructor from Action Education, presented the online management course “Three Essential Mindsets for Managers.”

ProfessorLi Jian's course centers on three core mindsets, elucidating the essential cognitive approaches modern managers must master in an accessible manner. In the “Data-Driven Thinking” section, he draws an analogy to doctors diagnosing illnesses based on thermometers and lab reports, emphasizing that managers must cultivate financial acumen to make rational decisions grounded in data—rather than blindly “calling the shots” based on intuition or experience.

Centered on the concept of “outcome-oriented thinking,” instructor Li Jian illustrated this principle using the example of Taekwondo training, where instructor sprioritize teaching the high-value technique of “striking the head.” He emphasized that businesses should focus on critical areas, dedicating 80% of their energy to “key projects” that deliver significant impact. This approach pursues“specialization, expertise, and depth” rather than blindly chasing “quantity, comprehensiveness, and breadth.” He emphasized that the “profit” business espursue should not be limited to financial gains but should primarily be thegenuine value created for customers.

Regarding“internal-cause thinking,” the course guides managers to abandon a “victim mentality,” courageously acknowledge that “I am the source of the problem,”seek causes within themselves, and actively pursue change. Instructor Li Jian concluded by citing the Communist Party of China's journey from nothing to establishing New China through unwavering conviction, inspiring managers to maintain steadfast belief and boldly pioneer new paths.

Following the training session, several managers shared their learning insights. In his concluding remarks, the Chairman emphasized that an organization's value liesin “team thinking”—consistently delivering results or risking elimination. He highlighted that winning hinges on both individual capability and team collaboration, noting that the company will enhance team learning capacity through ongoing training and development programs. He acknowledged that both himself and his team still had room for improvement in focus and learning, pledging to lead by example to create greater value for corporate development, employee growth, customer satisfaction, and societal contribution. Finally, heurged all management members to reflect on and improve themselves based on thecourse content, achieving synergistic development and success for both theorganization and individuals through continuous progress.
