To deepen team integration and invigorate organizational vitality, the company meticulously planned and successfully hosted a company-wide team-building event on October 13. Centered around the concept of “Work Happily, Live Healthily,” the event featured four collaborative competitions blending fun and intellect: tug-of-war, group jump rope, charades, and badminton. These activities aimed to break down departmental barriers, foster cross-functional communication, and comprehensively enhance employees’ sense of belonging and collaborative spirit. Since its launch, the event has garnered enthusiastic responses from all departments, with full participation from every employee. Through these relaxed yet challenging competitions, participants fully demonstrated an uplifting spirit and the cohesive strength of teamwork.
The event was well organized in its preparatory phase. As the lead department, the company’s Human Resources Department convened multiple preparatory meetings with relevant departments. All departments successfully completed registration between September 27 and 30, with competition teams determined by lottery. On the day of the event, participants gathered punctually at the office building. Under the meticulous coordination of staff, all competitions proceeded in an orderly manner.

Alongside the office building, a tug-of-war competition unfolded as twelve teams battled in a contest of strength and teamwork. Each team of eight members—five men and three women—gripped the long rope tightly, pulling together in unison amid an electric atmosphere. After multiple rounds of fierce competition, Cable Production Team 1 claimed the championship with an outstanding performance. Engineering & Finance Team secured second place, while Materials Team 2 took third.

The jump rope competition on the open field west of the cafeteria was equally thrilling. Each team of ten members demonstrated seamless coordination, continuously breaking their own jump records within the two-minute time limit. The Quality & Digitalization Team claimed the championship with their masterful technique, while Sales Team 2 secured second place. The Engineering & Finance Team achieved another outstanding result, taking home the bronze medal.

At the badminton court in the Staff Center, twelve doubles teams competed in a showdown of skills. The matches followed an 11-point scoring system with a best-of-three format. After intense preliminary and final rounds, Sales Team 1 emerged victorious to claim the championship title, Sales Team 2 secured second place, and the Engineering & Finance Team took third place.

The “Charades” activity in the training room was filled with laughter and joy. Teams competed through vivid body language and quick thinking. The Sales Team clinched the championship with outstanding teamwork, while Quality & Digitalization Team 1 and Quality & Digitalization Team 2 secured second and third place respectively.

This team-building event served not only as a vital practice in fostering corporate culture but also as a vivid demonstration of organizational cohesion and unity. Through collaboration, employees deepened mutual understanding; through challenges, they unlocked untapped potential; and through shared laughter, they forged consensus. This further solidified our collective belief in “one chessboard, one dimension.” The activity effectively conveyed the company’s management philosophy of prioritizing employee growth and team integration, while also injecting fresh momentum into future high-efficiency operations.
