On October 18, over 80Party members, team leaders, and senior managers from Tianjie Industrial participated in a team-building event along the ancient Baizhang Ridge Trail.The theme of the activity was “Tracing the time-honored path, we elevate a spirit offive millennia; Setting a life-long quest, we stand as a bench mark forcenturies to come.” The approximately 10-kilometer route stretched from Baizhang Village at the starting point to Shangxi Village at the end, reaching a maximum elevation of 1,283 meters. Amidst the magnificent natural scenery,participants measured the profound history of the millennia-old trail with their footsteps, collectively embracing a challenging wilderness team-building competition.

At 7:00 AM, under the organized coordination of the Human Resources Department, all participants gathered in front of the company's administrative building wearing uniform attire and were divided into 10 teams. After a 1.5-hour drive, the group arrived at the entrance of the Baizhangling Ancient Trail in Shuangshi Village,Longgang Town. Following warm-up exercises led by team-building coordinator XieJie, all members officially set off at 9:00 AM to begin their journey along the ancient trail.

The rugged ancient trail tested not only physical endurance but also the team's resolve and resilience. Along the way, everyone stayed close to the group, supporting and encouraging one another. Whenever a member's pace slowed, teammates would voluntarily pause to accompany them, truly embodying the spirit of “leave no one behind, give up on no one.” Whenever someone fell behind, waves of cheers and encouragement would echo from ahead. The entire journey radiated a warm atmosphere of unity, camaraderie, and mutual support.

Under the leadership of their respective team captains, after fierce competition, the top three teams ultimately reached the finish line—Shangxi Village—first with times of 2hours 19 minutes, 2 hours 39 minutes, and 2 hours 49 minutes. They were awarded medals, certificates, and cash prizes, which represent not only an honor butalso a vivid testament to team cohesion and the spirit of perseverance. The company also presented encouragement awards to the other team-building groups.

Team representatives shared their reflections on the mountaineering experience. All agreed that the trek not only strengthened their resolve but also deepened their appreciation for the power of teamwork. Only by uniting their minds and pooling their efforts could they advance steadily and reach greater heights.

Subsequently, the teamentered the “Condensed EMBA”collaborative learning session. Chairman Chen Xiaolin first outlined the training objectives, noting it was based on the content transferred from the previous off-site training attended by 14 mid-to-senior management personnel.He emphasized that the company's strategy should bench mark against world-classenterprises, aspiring to become “the preferred service provider for high-endclients in the global cable industry.” An excellent strategic design must revolve around four principles: Focus—choose one, discard nine; decide in one battle, dedicate one life to one “cause”;Target—chooseto be the “eagle soaring at 10,000 meters”; Height—aim high to establish oneself; Vision—beginwith the end in mind. In R&D, production, supply, sales, and service, we must benchmark against global standards, identify gaps, and conduct comprehensive alignment.

Other mid-to-senior level leaders also delivered systematic reports covering organizational development, manufacturing, customer relations, marketing, and finance. They provided in-depth interpretations of the company's strategic direction, value positioning, and product strategy, further unifying perspectives and clarifying actionable pathways.

This team-building expedition along the ancient Baizhang Ridge Trail was not merely a physical challenge but a spiritual baptism. Through collaboration, we strengthened our cohesion and trust; through adversity, we enhanced our efficiency and morale.This experience effectively fostered mutual growth for both individuals and the organization. Looking ahead, Tianjie employees will carry the resilience andunity demonstrated during the hike into their work.
