On the morning of October 24, 2025, Mao Youhong, Executive Secretary-General of Zhejiang Zhenghe Island, led 17 members of the East China Island Family on anin-depth study visit to Tianjie Industrial. Centered on the theme “Decoding the Core of Corporate Culture,” the delegation toured Tianjie's Digital Exhibition Hall, Staff Home, and intelligent workshop. From the smart production lines tothe complimentary employee cafeteria, participants gained comprehensive insights into the company's pragmatic practices in product innovation and employee development.

At the symposium, Chen Xiaolin, Chairman of Tianjie Industrial, shared the company's 32-year entrepreneurial journey. Founded in 1993 with the originalgoal of providing employment for siblings and improving family livelihoods,Tianjie Industrial underwent a pivotal transformation from cable TV cables to security cables. Leveraging China's accession to the WTO, the company expanded into international markets and strategically positioned itself in the global security industry following the 9/11 attacks. He emphasized that corporate culture serves as the core force sustaining the company through developmental cycles. During the 2009 global financial crisis, this culture fostered team cohesion and consensus. In late 2022, amid the pandemic, the company distributed special subsidies of 2,000 yuan per employee, tangibly demonstrating its commitment to “employee care.”

During the brand culture dialogue session, Chairman Chen Xiaolin and Secretary-GeneralMao Youhong engaged in an in-depth exchange on “Cultural Implementation and Strategic Upgrading.” Using BBK's “Duty-Driven Culture” as an example,Secretary Mao affirmed Tianjie's cultural core of “Duty, Pragmatism, and Continuous Improvement.” He emphasized that effective culture transcendss logans and abstract ideals, manifesting through precise decision-making atcritical moments and leadership by example. Ultimately, it achieves “people influencing people,” embedding culture internally and externalizing it through actions. During the discussion, Chairman Chen Xiaolin shared his talentmanagement philosophy. He highlighted an instance where an employee who had previously declined a sales role was assigned to North American market sales, ultimately excelling in the position. This exemplified the cultural practice of“recognizing talent and investing in people.” In the interactive session, attendees actively contributed suggestions. One participant proposed creating an English version of the corporate culture handbook, which compiles authentic employee stories, to better convey the company's values to international clients.

This study visit coincides with the tenth anniversary of the release of Tianjie's corporate culture handbook. As the company embarks on a new journey toward its10 billion yuan revenue target, it will leverage this exchange to furtherupgrade its cultural framework and deepen the implementation of its cultural mechanism: “articulate clearly, ask questions, make commitments, and conduct assessments.” Chairman Chen Xiaolin emphasized that corporate culture is notmere rhetoric, but a guiding principle integrated into R&D innovation, employee care, and social responsibility. Moving forward, Tianjie will continueto forge its spirit through culture, unite team strength, and advance steadilyon its path to globalization.
