Tianjie Industrial Conducts Fire Drill to Strengthen the "Firewall" for Safety Production

On the morning of November 3, Tianjie Industrial organized a fire safety emergency self-rescue and evacuation drill for all employees to implement work safety laws and regulations and effectively safe guard employee lives and production safety.




Prior to the formal commencement of the drill, the company organizeda systematic safety knowledge training session in the multi purpose hall. Safetyand environmental officer Shu Xinbao provided a detailed explanation of fire safety basics tailored to winter fire characteristics. He highlighted commonfire hazards such as improper disposal of cigarette butts in workshops,inadequate protection during welding operations, and malfunctioning electrical equipment. Shu also demonstrated emergency self-rescue techniques on-site,emphasizing that during evacuation, individuals should cover their mouths andnoses while crouching low to move quickly. This training laid the groundworkfor the subsequent hands-on drill.



Subsequently, all employees gathered at the entrance of Manufacturing Plant 1. As smoke bombs ignited, the fire drill commenced. Staff from each department immediately evacuated along predetermined routes, covering their mouths and noses with handker chiefs or clothing while maintaining a low posture for a swift and orderly exit. The entire process was meticulously organized with rapid response, effectively testing employees' emergency preparedness and teamwork capabilities.




During the subsequent hands-on fire hose drill, employees worked inpairs to connect the hose, activate the fire hydrant, and accurately hit the designated target within the allotted time. This practical exercise further enhanced their proficiency in operating firefighting equipment and their ability to coordinate effectively during emergencies.


Following the drill, Vice President of Production Zhang Xiao'erprovided a summary and evaluation of the exercise, presenting awards on-site to teams with outstanding performance. After comprehensive assessment, the Cable Material Workshop secured first place for achieving the fastest evacuationspeed and demonstrating standardized procedures. The Network Cable Workshop andthe Technical Quality Department ranked second and third respectively. Vice President Zhang emphasized that this drill not only tested employees' emergency response capabilities but also reinforced safety awareness across the entireworkforce. She urged all departments to follow the example of the award-winningteams, integrate safety responsibilities into daily operations, and resolutely prevent potential safety hazards.




This drill effectively enhanced employees' fire safety skills and emergency response capabilities through a combination of theoretical trainingand practical exercises, establishing a robust defense for the company'sproduction safety. The company will continue to conduct various safety trainingand drill activities, fully committed to safeguarding employee safety and ensuring the stable development of the enterprise.
