On the morning of December 1st, Tianjie Industrial held its monthly All-StaffLearning Conference, featuring a special presentation by Mr. Mao Hongyou,founder of Hangzhou Yixiang Brand Planning Company, on the theme of “CorporateCulture and Personal Growth.” All employees gathered together to explore the core essence of corporate culture and discover pathways for the synergistic growth of individuals and the enterprise.






Atthe outset of the meeting, the host announced the mentor-apprentice pairing list for September to November 2025 and the list of apprentices who recently completed their training. He elaborated on the SMART principle anda seven-step method for rapid goal achievement, encouraging employees to establish a balanced system of short- and long-term objectives while maintaining continuous learning.



Mr.Mao also addressed the trend toward intelligent development, urging employees to actively adapt to the changing times and leverage tools like AI to enhance efficiency. He recommended using a “point, line, plane, and volume” thinkingmodel to grasp developmental trajectories and achieve personal value growth through the corporate platform.
