Leaders of Lin'an District Market Supervision Bureau and Federation of Industry and Commerce visited Tianjie to guide the declaration of "Hangzhou Municipal Government Quality Award".

On the morning of May 14th, the leaders of Lin'an District Market Supervision Bureau and District Federation of Industry and Commerce came to our company to give on site guidance on the declaration of "Hangzhou Government Quality Award". Participating in this activity were 7 persons, including Wu Zhenjiang, director of Market Supervision Bureau of Lin'an District, Fang Ronghui, deputy director of Lin'an District, Huang Xiaobing, vice president of Industry and Commerce Federation of Lin'an District, and 5 persons, including Chen Xiaolin, chairman of Tianjie Industry, Zhang Xiao'er, vice general manager of production, and other leaders of the company and persons in charge of the relevant departments.

At the meeting, Dai Yinli, Manager of Human Resources Department of Tianjie Industry (the person in charge of the city award project), reported in detail the company's preparations for the Hangzhou Government Quality Award and the declaration materials, which covered many key areas such as employee incentives and mutual enrichment, human resources development strategy, market development strategy, technological innovation achievements, as well as the enhancement of corporate culture and leadership, etc., and comprehensively demonstrated the company's management strengths and development potentials.

In his speech, Wu Zhenjiang, Director of the District Market Supervision Bureau, highly appreciated the remarkable achievements of Tianjie Industry in terms of excellent performance management, enterprise culture construction, employee incentives and co-enrichment.
