On February 1, 2026 (the 14th day of the 12th lunar month), Tianjie Industry kicked off its 2025 Year-End Summary, Commendation Conference and Annual Celebration Gala under the theme "Keep the World Connected Forever". On this day, the company's multi-function hall was packed to capacity. Leaders from the sub-district government and relevant departments, representatives from financial institutions, IPO middle-office teams, management consultants, over 400 employees, select shareholders and management cadres gathered here to look back on the arduous journey of the past and jointly map out a new blueprint for future development.

The annual event kicked off with a lively and cheerful opening dance, instantly heating up the on-site atmosphere. Four elegant and glamorous hosts led the entire event with full enthusiasm and dignified demeanor. On behalf of the Sales System, Zhang Xiao'er was the first to deliver a passionate speech. She proudly shared the outstanding achievements of the sales team in 2025: regions including North America exceeded their targets, and several managers secured multi-million-dollar orders. At the same time, she directly addressed the shortcomings in market expansion and customer service, announcing that the Sales System would be split into two departments in 2026 to deepen existing market penetration and explore new development horizons.

Subsequently, Jiao Yongdong, representing the Production System, delivered a speech. He affirmed the achievements of the manufacturing system in 2025, noting that management adjustments, business advancement and standardization efforts were progressing in an orderly manner, with shipment volume hitting a record high in December. Meanwhile, he faced up to the lagging issues in quality control, cost management, efficiency improvement and digital-intelligent transformation, emphasizing that 2026 would focus on strategic transformation, tackle core indicators, advance digital-intelligent and standardization construction, and make every effort to achieve the goals of quality improvement, efficiency enhancement and cost reduction.

Shortly after, Dai Yinli, Human Resources Manager, read out the company's commendation documents and grandly recognized the employees and departments that had made outstanding contributions to the company's development over the past year. Three representatives of outstanding employees delivered deeply touching speeches in turn. Among them, Tong Zhendan, winner of the Annual Sales Target Achievement Award and Sales Director of the North American Region, gave a sincere and moving speech. Later, the company held a warm retirement ceremony to pay tribute to employees retiring at the end of 2025. At the ceremony, Qian Xiaoping, a representative of retired employees, affectionately looked back on her more than 20 years of work experience in the company. Then, Mr. Mao Hongyou from Hangzhou Yixiang Brand Planning took the stage to deliver a speech. Next, Mr. Lin Jian'an from Shengshi Vision delivered a speech, emphasizing the importance of corporate transformation and talent cultivation. He called on everyone to deeply integrate learning with practice, demand themselves with a holistic perspective and zero-error standards, help the enterprise move from excellence to brilliance, and take the initiative to shoulder the responsibility of industrial development.

Finally, Chairman Chen Xiaolin delivered an important speech. He reviewed the company's steady growth in production volume and output value in 2025, with highlight achievements including the completion and commissioning of the Thailand factory and the company being awarded the title of "National Green Factory". At the same time, he directly addressed issues such as insufficient operational standardization and slow progress in new market development. He emphasized that 2026 is a crucial year for the company's transformation, and it will focus on the goal of becoming a "globally leading future industrial hub", build an enabling platform, realize win-win cooperation with upstream and downstream partners through reforms in three key areas—organization, sales and production, strive to double per capita efficiency within three years, and embark on a new journey hand in hand with all colleagues.
