On 2 March, Tianjie Industrial held its first company-wide learning session following the holiday break in the company's multi-purpose hall. All staff gathered together to swiftly refocus their efforts, build consensus, chart a new blueprint and embark on a new journey.
At the outset of the meeting, Shu Xinbao, the company's Safety and Environmental Protection Officer, delivered a specialised training session on post-holiday safety education. He emphasised that safety serves as the safeguard for corporate development and the prerequisite for every family's well-being. He clarified the company's 2026 safety and environmental objectives as "zero accidents, zero injuries, zero emissions". Addressing the post-holiday period's inherent challenges – heightened safety risks, increased new staff, distracted minds, lax management, and frequent accidents – he urged all employees to take personal responsibility, adjust their mindsets immediately, shift their focus, tighten safety protocols, sound the alarm, overcome complacency and luck-based thinking, adhere to regulations, combat the three violations, practise the four no-harm principles, implement full safety accountability across all roles, and ensure both secure work and contented lives.

Subsequently, Chairman Chen Xiaolin delivered a keynote address entitled "United in Purpose, Building a New Future for Lin'an's Cable Industry Together". He reviewed the company's 2025 operational performance, noting that despite complex market conditions, the company achieved annual sales revenue of 1 billion yuan, thereby stabilising its fundamental development trajectory. He also candidly acknowledged existing shortcomings, highlighting areas requiring urgent improvement including strategic implementation, new client acquisition, digital transformation, and organisational capability development.

Looking ahead to 2026, Chairman Chen Xiaolin has outlined the company's development strategy: maintaining a dual focus on strategy and culture to drive the enterprise's transformation from a "cable supplier" into an "industrial service platform". This initiative will shoulder the responsibility of establishing Lin'an as a globally leading cable industry hub, fostering coordinated development across the entire supply chain.
Centring on strategic transformation, he elaborated on the new positioning of the "three pillars": the R&D Design Department evolves into the organisation's "intellectual brain", the Channel Development Department becomes the "ecosystem architect", and the Shared Services Department transforms into the "frontline mentor team". Through this role redefinition, the core engines driving the company's development are being forged.

In terms of operational objectives, Chen Xiaolin announced an annual target of RMB 1.25 billion in turnover for 2026, emphasising a focus on flagship security products and concentrating resources to achieve breakthroughs in "one-metre width, ten-thousand-metre depth". He directed all departments to benchmark against global leaders, pursuing excellence in quality, service and cost efficiency. Key targets include reducing order delivery cycles to 22 days and raising customer satisfaction to 98%. The company will advance through three strategic pillars: management enhancement, organisational empowerment and risk mitigation. These initiatives will strengthen internal capabilities and operational efficiency, providing robust support for achieving the set objectives.
Chairman Chen Xiaolin concluded by emphasising that senior management must possess a sense of mission, middle management a sense of urgency, and frontline staff a sense of hunger. All managers must demonstrate "loyalty, integrity, and accountability", driving organisational growth through their roles as "role models, coaches, and servants". He urged all employees to be guided by the core values of "upholding integrity, striving for excellence, and sharing responsibility", working in concert and striving forward to write a new chapter in the company's development.
This conference serves both as a rallying call to refocus our efforts and as a strategic meeting to chart our course. In the new year, all Tianjie employees will unite in purpose and strive for excellence, forging ahead with determination on our journey to establish Lin'an as a world-leading hub for the cable industry.
