On the morning of July 15, the company ushered in the monthly all employee learning event. In the stirring melody of "Song of Tianjie", the employees entered this study meeting with full enthusiasm. Before the meeting, first of all, we honored the excellent employees in June, announced the list of masters and apprentices and the list of masters in May-June, followed by the chairman of the board of directors, Chen Xiaolin, shared a brief summary of the company's work in the first half of the year and the general requirements for the work in the second half of the year.


Chen Xiaolin, chairman of the board of directors, meticulously informed the company's operation in the first half of the year through detailed data comparison. While affirming the significant growth in sales performance and greater increase in production capacity, the digitization work and the declaration of national projects also advanced according to the established plan.

Moving forward in reflection, Chairman Chen Xiaolin also confronted the company's current problems: increased employee mobility, declining customer satisfaction, insufficient motivation to improve and innovate the organization, slow expansion of the global market, as well as the urgent need to standardize the management of the guardrail sales department. These problems are both challenges and opportunities.
Looking ahead to the second half of the year, Chairman Chen Xiaolin redefined the company's key tasks for the whole year: firstly, to promote the construction of the strategic management system, secondly, to strengthen the construction of the organizational capability system; and thirdly, to accelerate the digital construction. Focus on staff career planning and development to stimulate talent potential and innovation. Focus on performance targets to ensure healthy, stable and sustainable development of the company.
