Successful conclusion of our company's training on the topic of organizational capacity building

Recently, our company held a special training to further strengthen the organizational capacity building. This training is aimed at implementing the company level priorities in Document No. 1 of 2024   the construction of the strategic management system and the organizational capacity system. The goal is to integrate and enhance organizational capabilities to ensure efficient synergy within the organization, just like pieces on a chessboard and nodes in a net, each part is closely connected, and together they build an impenetrable city wall to face the challenges of the market with a unified dimension and perspective. At the same time, we are also committed to strengthening the construction of the cadres, and strive to build a “loyal, clean, responsible” elite team.



At the beginning of the training, we had the honor to invite Mr. Shi Yufu from Hejun Consulting. With his profound professional knowledge and rich practical experience, Mr. Shi deeply elaborated the core essence of organizational capability. He emphasized that organizational capability is the ability of an organization to create value for customers and achieve strategic goals. Strategy and organizational capability are the cornerstones of organizational success. In addition, Mr. Shi also systematically explained the specific methodology and practical application of strategic management capability, organizational management capability, talent management capability, and culture building capability, which provided valuable theoretical guidance and practical direction for the participants.



Afterwards, the participants were divided into two groups and started a lively discussion around several key issues. After in depth discussions and exchanges, each group formed a targeted outline solution. Encouraged by Ms. Shi, representatives of each group went up to the stage to report the results of the discussion. Ms. Shi made a detailed comment on each group's report, not only recognizing their efforts, but also putting forward specific and constructive guidance suggestions.


At the end of the training, the chairman of the company delivered a concluding speech. First of all, he expressed his heartfelt thanks to Mr. Shi for his wonderful sharing and the active participation of all the participants. The chairman pointed out that through this training, we not only deepened our understanding of organizational capacity, but also found the entry point and implementation path to improve organizational capacity. He emphasized that the enhancement of organizational capability and the construction of cadres are the two pillars of the company's sustainable development, and hoped that we could transform what we learned from this training into practical actions, and jointly promote the company to achieve higher strategic goals.



Three days after the end of this training, chaired by the chairman of the board of directors, all participants reviewed and digested the training content. Further deepen the understanding, enhance the cognition, know what aspects of the organization need to be strengthened and implemented on the ground, and what aspects need to be maintained and continuously improved. We firmly believe that with the joint efforts of the organization members, the company will usher in a more brilliant tomorrow.
