Inorder to carry out the mission of the enterprise, promote and enhance theenterprise culture, and make it truly rooted in the heart of every colleague,all the staff of Tianjie Industry gathered in the company's multi-function halland participated in the ‘Eighth Enterprise Culture KnowledgeContest’. This activity aims to enhance the staff'sfamiliarity and identification with the enterprise culture through the form ofinteraction and competition.

Thecompetition was carefully planned and organised by the Integrated ManagementDepartment and the Human Resources Department. The competition not only coveredvarious aspects such as cultural knowledge, quotes from the chairman, safetyproduction, workers' industry reform, the spirit of important party meetings,the spirit of labour models and craftsmanship, but also set up a special linkemphasizing teamwork. All the participants were divided into 16 teams, eachwith a captain and a unique team name, ready to meet this competition of wisdom and team work.

Theactivity was hosted by Xiafei Cha of Human Resources Department, who elaboratedthe purpose and significance of the competition and introduced the rules of thecompetition. The competition was designed with four sectors of compulsoryquestions, robbing questions, risk questions and prize answers, aiming tocomprehensively test the participants' understanding and memory of theenterprise culture, while adding fun and challenge at the same time. In thepowerful chorus of ‘Song of Tianjie’,the atmosphere was warm, and everyone greeted the upcoming competition withfull enthusiasm.

Thefirst part of the game was the ‘compulsoryquestions’, in which each team demonstrated theirunderstanding of the essence of Tianjie culture by writing their answers, andmost of the teams got a good start as a result. As the competition entered the ‘robbing questions’ section, the atmospherebecame more and more tense and exciting. Whenever the host announced ‘start’, the team leaders scrambled to pressthe Q&A machine in their hands, and the speed was astonishing. The audiencewas also fully concentrated, every successful answer drew a burst of applause,every accurate answer won the cheers. In the ‘PrizeQuiz’ section, the employees who actively participatedwon gifts by actively answering the questions, reflecting that the culture ofTianjie has been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people. The ‘Risk Question’ session was not only acompetition of knowledge, but also a competition of mental quality, in whichthe Super Six team stood out with excellent teamwork and finally took the leadwith high scores, which pushed the competition to the climax.

Afterthe game, the host Cha Xiafei announced the list of winners and awarded theteam awards and individual best player awards. The ‘Super Six Team’ from the Finance Departmentwon the first prize with a total score of 310 points, while the ‘Team of One Skill’ (200 points) from theTechnology R&D Department and the ‘Team of EasyResponse’ (140 points) from the Americas, Asia andAfrica won the second and third prizes respectively. As for the individualprizes, Chen Ying, Wu Yanxin, and Ji Xiangyun won the Best Player Award byvirtue of their outstanding performances.

Inhis comment, the chairman mentioned that he hoped this activity would giveeveryone a deeper understanding of the corporate culture, so that the culturewould not just remain in words, but be internalised as a code of conduct forevery employee, and become an important basis for guiding daily businessmanagement and decision-making. He emphasised that only when the corporateculture is deeply rooted in people's hearts can it provide a solid guaranteeand support for the development of the company and help the company to sustainsuccess in the market.
