Tianjie Industrial 2024 start mobilization meeting

In the afternoon of March 4, the “2024 Work Starting Mobilization Conference” of Tianjie Industry was held in the multi-function hall, more than 360 employees gathered together, and Dai Yinli, the manager of Human Resource Department, was the host of the conference. In the exciting song of all the staff, “Song of Tianjie” opened the prelude of the meeting.



First of all, the vice president of production, Zhang Xiao'er, delivered an inspiring speech on the start of work mobilization. On behalf of the company, she sent her best wishes for the New Year to all the staff and their families, and expressed her deep gratitude to those who have worked hard in the past year. She reviewed the key words of 2023, such as joy and loss, confidence and anxiety, which are the journeys that the company has traveled together.


Mr. Zhang reiterated the business objectives for 2024: to achieve sales of one billion dollars and a net profit of 85.4 million dollars. She emphasized that this goal has been decomposed to each accounting unit and become the direction of all employees' joint efforts. She encouraged everyone to be motivated by exceeding the target and to meet every challenge with the spirit of struggle.




On the sales side, Mr. Zhang emphasized the importance of developing strategic customers and asked the sales staff to spend more time on communicating with customers, understanding their needs and providing timely and effective solutions. On the manufacturing side, she asked the manufacturing system to respond positively to the needs of the sales department and to form a close collaborative mechanism.

Regarding corporate culture, Mr. Zhang emphasized the importance of teamwork and close cooperation. She believes that only through mutual collaboration and close cooperation can we achieve our business goals and priorities. At the same time, she also emphasized the importance of employees' personal career development, and asked them to take every job seriously and position their career with actual ability and responsibility.



Then, Dai Yinli, Manager of Human Resources Department, explained in detail the company's Co-Wealth Award Mechanism. She introduced the 2024 Value Creation, Value Evaluation, Value Distribution, Option Incentive Program and Innovation/Revenue Generating Project Award Co-Wealth Program. The company aims to encourage employees to innovate and create through this mechanism, and to realize a consensus, co-creation and sharing, and shared multi-win situation. Manager Dai finally concluded that the original intention of the common wealth is to encourage employees to self-management, contribution and creation, to reach a full consensus, and to realize the common wealth and sustainable development of the employees and the enterprise.
