Concentration, create the future together | Tianjie Industry 30th Anniversary Celebration was grandly held!

“Thirty years in the same boat through thick and thin, excellent service for customers; dozens of years to forge ahead, a better life for employees!” On January 28, 2024, the 18th day of the lunar month, Tianjie Industry ushered in a grand day   the 2023 Annual Summarization and Commendation Meeting and 30th Anniversary Celebration. On this day, the company's multi functional hall was packed, with Chairman Chen Xiaolin, Vice General Manager of Production Zhang Xiao'er, Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Linglong Street Jiang Bo, Deputy Minister of the United Front Work Department of the District, Secretary of the District Federation of Industry and Commerce Lou Jinshan and other government leaders and guests, as well as more than three hundred employees, outstanding employees and family members of cadres gathered together to witness this historic moment.

The celebration kicked off with a warm and cheerful opening dance, and the atmosphere was instantly ignited. Four graceful and radiant hosts led the whole event with full enthusiasm and solemn manners.

Zhang Xiao'er, Vice General Manager of Production, firstly delivered a heartfelt speech. She expressed her heartfelt thanks to all the employees, management team, customers, suppliers and governments at all levels who have been working silently for the company, and especially thanked the employees' families for their selfless support. She recalled the thirty years of Tianjie Industry, since its foundation in 1993, the company has always focused on the research and development, production and sales of communication cables, and gradually expand the business field, and now the products have been exported to more than 60 countries and regions around the world. Many employees have joined the family since the company's inception, and have witnessed the company's growth and expansion by sharing the same breath and destiny with Tianjie. Looking into the future, Mr. Zhang Xiaoer, the vice general manager, said with confidence that we will continue to work together to create a more brilliant future for Tianjie.

Afterwards, Dai Yinli, the manager of Human Resources Department, read out the company's commendation document, and made a grand commendation to the employees, departments and retired employees who have performed outstandingly for the development of the company in the past year. Hu Liping and Zhao Yanqiong, the representatives of outstanding employees, made touching speeches, they thanked the company for its trust and cultivation, and expressed that they would, as always, contribute their strength to the development of the company. Lu Jianliang, the representative of retired employees, also shared his moments in Tianjie, and his touching stories moved many people present.

Then, Chairman Chen Xiaolin delivered an important speech. First of all, he expressed his heartfelt thanks to the governments at all levels, financial institutions, customers and suppliers who have long cared for and supported our company's development! He fully affirmed the achievements made in the past year; the company has also made great progress in customer satisfaction and manufacturing capacity. What's more, the company also won a number of national and provincial honors, which fully proves the comprehensive strength of the company and the enhancement of industry influence.

In the face of the results achieved by the company, the chairman of the board was deeply gratified and expressed his heartfelt thanks to all the staff! He emphasized that these achievements could not be achieved without the hard work and selfless dedication of every employee. At the same time, he also expressed his sincere thanks to the majority of employees' families for their continuous support and understanding, creating a good family atmosphere for the employees so that they can devote themselves to their work.

However, he also reminded everyone to be conscious of the challenges faced, and clarified the future development direction and goals. He emphasized that cadres and employees should keep pace with the times and not only dare to fight, but also be good at fighting. Finally, he put forward the expectations and requirements for managers. Managers should be “selfless and dedicated”, grassroots employees should be “serious and responsible”, shareholders should be “grateful and responsible”, and the chairman of the board of directors asked himself to be “born as a human being, respecting the sky and loving God”. The performance of the celebration program was even more brilliant, the company's cultural and artistic squad and the staff of each department directed and performed their own programs to the delight of the audience. Dance, songs, skits, Yueju opera and other diversified forms of performance fully demonstrated the talent and style of TJ staff. The lucky draws during the program pushed the atmosphere to the climax.

Finally, the celebration slowly came to an end in the loud and clear singing of Tianjie's song “Cast Tianjie Dream Together” brought by all the cadres of Tianjie Industry.
